Still in Oswego!

Looks like we will be leaving Oswego tomorrow.  They have opened the Oswego locks today but we wanted to give it some time to hopefully clear the debris
Just walking around town

The very quiet lock on the right and the overflow from the dam on the left

On the walking trail there is a tunnel that goes under the street in front of the court house.  There used to be a RR going thru the tunnel, now it's part of a walking trail and riverwalk.
The grain elevators makes Shore Thing look very small

Thursday night, music on the river
Every Thursday there is a farmers market and they close off the main street from 3pm to 8pm

View of the breakwater around the harbor on a very windy day with Lake Ontario in the background

Our friends on Amy K, Eric and Mary, were stuck with us in Joliet.  They live near Rochester and came to Oswego to have lunch with us and take us anywhere we needed to go.
