A couple of boats rafted on the wall in front of us and you can see the chaos in front. You are only suppose to raft off two boats so there can be a path way for boats leaving the lock.

First Monday in August is a holiday for Canada. It was a beautiful and all boaters took advantage. This is the first lock on the Ottawa River for us.
