Just entering the canal after Lake Oneida, amusement park on the left and free docks both sides of the canal

The channel markers have not been cleared and some are under debris and off station.
We waited one day after the locks opened before we set out. As you can see the dam is really overflowing, the waters are still high but the locks are able to function.
