We are awaiting the opening of the locks here in Oswego. It looks like we will be "River Rats" again. All the rain that fell has caused the Rivers to rise to flood conditions both here and in the Erie Canal. We have to wait and see how long it will take for the water to recede and for the Canal System to get aids to navigation back on station.
