From Frankfort to Manistee we stopped for cheap fuel at 4.09 a gallon. Who ever thought we would be calling $4.09 a gallon cheap?All the boats coming at us were on 1/2 day fishing charters for salmon. They are really running (salmon) and there seems to be no limit.
The large ship was in the harbor. A ferry runs from Manatowa, WI to Ludington, MI twice a day. Wisconin and Michigan are about 60 miles apart at this point.
