First swim in Lake Champlain

Another view of the Crown Point Bridge under construction

A couple of years ago the bridge that spanned this point was blown up.  Ferries now take cars across the gap and they are building this bridge across Crown Point at the lower end of Lake Champlain

This machine is used to cut and gather the weeds growing under water and then they off load the weeds to trucks along the shore

Kayakers along the way

Mansion at Whitehall--end of the canal.  We will be in Lake Champlain soon!

Fisherman along the canal.
