We were treated to a wonderful sunset as we were coming into our anchorage in Great Sale Cay
Mangrove Cay, we decided to go on to Great Sale Cay. You can see what a funky day it was--you cannot tell the horizon from the water. It all blended and at times we thought we were in fog BUT we could see.
Just crossing in the Gulf Stream, never know who you will meet. We had to divert cross to let her pass - rule of tonnage!
Our buddy boat, just before we both got boarded by the Coast Guard doing a "safety inspection". Whatever made them think it was safety--we were held up over an hour, we were the last of three boats to be checked! We got a clean bill of health.
As you can see, it was a calm, windless day
After waiting for two weeks, we finally have a weather window and we followed our buddy boat, Detour, out of the anchorage in towards Lake Work Inlet.

Congratulations Ed and Linda! Looked like it was worth the wait. Aren't those Bahamian sunsets fabulous?!
