Marina Great Harbour Cay

Jack Nichalus's boat Sea Bear in the harbour. They use it as a condo--the crew brings is over from West Palm for the winter
Third hole

The reds were conch shells painted red

I thought I forgot how--well really I did but I did make a par on one hole--of course it was a par 3!

It was once a beautiful club house now in disrepair. The story is that in the 80's a drug lord ran the club. He wasexpecting that the gov't would allow gambling on the island and that didn't happen. The drug lord ran the place physically into the ground and then the next owner went into bankruptcy as did the next owner. Now twenty families use nine holes and maintain it as best they can. They have a grounds keeper but it really needs work. By comparison Birch Plains is very well maintained!

Sunday we decide to play golf at the Jack Nichalus golf course. There are only nine holes left out of eighteen.

Street fair on Friday night 3/27. Linda talking to Betty from Walkabout and Pam from Silver Boots
